RETURNS AND REPLACEMENTS

We accept returns within 5 business days of the delivery date for exchange or store credit only. Items must be returned in new condition.
Please email firstname.lastname@example.org with details and instructions on exchanging or returning your item(s). Returns must be assigned an RMA number before being returned, so please do not ship items without a proper RMA. The customer is responsible for any return shipping costs to BLADE BEAST (with the exception of defective merchandise, which must be reported within 48 hours of delivery). However, any exchanged items will be shipped via free shipping back to the customer.
