TAX: All retail orders shipped within the state of California are subject to an 8.25% sales tax. Tax calculation is based on the shipping address. Wholesale orders are not subject to sales tax.
SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
SHIPPING METHODS: We ship orders via United States Postal Office (USPS) or United Parcel Service (UPS). International shipping options are also available. Tracking number(s) will be e-mailed upon shipment.
SHIPPING AND HANDLING TIME: Please allow more time during sales and holidays for processing. Please allow up to 7 business days after shipment for domestic delivery or up to 21 days for international delivery.
RETURNS AND REPLACEMENTS

We accept returns within 21 days of the delivery date for exchange or store credit only. Items must be returned in new condition with any original tags still attached. Please e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org
with details and instructions on exchanging or returning your item(s). Returns must be assigned an RMA number before being returned, so please do not ship items without a proper RMA. The customer is responsible for any return shipping costs to BLADE BEAST (with the exception of defective merchandise, which must be reported within 48 hours of delivery). However, any exchanged items will be shipped via free shipping back to the customer.
